PURPOSE: Provide a reliable on-board catering service ensuring that the optimum sales and service is delivered in a professional and safe manner
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND FUNCTIONS:
• Provide excellent customer service
• Ensure that contractual delivery is not compromised
• Consistently meet all sales and promotional targets as set by Retail Manager
• Accurately account for all stock and monetary transactions
• Comply with all hygiene and Health & Safety standards both on-board and in the Service Centre
• Support and commit to all management initiatives designed to enhance the contract performance
• Work as directed in Service Centre when operational requirements dictate

• Contract performance & MFA
• People review and appraisal process
• Monthly audit
• Management audit and ‘mystery shopper’
• Feedback from manager & client organisation

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE:
• Good command of English language - essential
• Numeracy – e.g. able to account for cash transactions - essential
• Previous face to face sales experience an advantage, ideally in catering environment
• Second language an advantage
• Knowledge of hygiene regulations. An advantage•
